We deliver a quote including cost and a
description of the delivery process (most programs and
services are
delivered electronically) in response to:

Client supplied input and output
requirements. |

|
Description of the system on which
the software will run.
|
|
|
Capability of the client to install
and manage the program.
|
|
|
|
Upon the client's acceptance of the quote, we
state the expected delivery time, describe the deliver
process and a description of the evaluation period leading
to acceptance of the product or service. |
|
|
An evaluation program will be delivered with
either a time or use limited restriction (whichever is agreed to by the
client). |
|
|
Any program changes required because the
software does not respond acceptably to the original
input/output requirements or the originally described system
are made within the original quote. |
|
|
Any changes in program required because the
client changes either the input/output requirements or the
system will require a new quote. |
|
|
This process continues until the client
accepts the program. At that time, the client will be
billed and the program limitations will be eliminated. |
