Installing Programs

After you've downloaded and unzipped a program file package, it's time to install the program on your computer.  This section explains how to do the installation.  You may want to print this page before starting your installation.

1. Press the "Start" button.
2. Click "Run...".
3. Press the "Browse" button and go to the area to which you downloaded and unzipped the file.  This would probably be the "a:" if you received the program files on a disk set.
4. Look for a file called "Setup.exe" or, sometimes, just "Setup".  When you find it, point at it and click.
5. Press "OK" and this will return you to the "Run" dialog.
6. Press "OK" and the installation should start.  Just follow the instructions as they appear.
