Trade Futures Our commodity futures trading software (Let's Trade Futures) offers a complete training package for the new trader and is just plain hard to beat when it comes to cost. Forms If you hire employees, you must comply with federal and, in many cases, state requirements. For example, the INS requires an I9 be completed and kept on file for three years. Ohio requires the submission, by many employers, of Ohio's New Hire Reporting form. Sometimes just finding a blank form is a challenge--the last one was used and someone forgot to make a copy. All the time, it's awkward to align the form in the typewriter or the handwritten version is just plain illegible. Don't ever worry with these problems again. Both packages maintain an employee data base. This is useful if you find yourself rehiring an employee. Just call up the old data and edit any changes since the last hire. The Ohio version, in addition, will also produce an electronic file of the New Hire data that can be filed by email. Another very handy feature included in the Ohio version is the employee interview. Using the interview, you can either produce a printed interview sheet or a floppy disk. The employee then responds to the questions on the sheet or the disk.
