If you're new to downloading, unzipping, or installing programs, you might want to look at the following sites before starting the download:

When you're ready, just point to the "File Name" you want to download (i.e. EMP-DM10.ZIP) and click.  We have found that its takes about eight minutes to download a 2,000,000 byte file using a 56K modem. This can vary quite a bit due to many conditions but it gives you an idea of the time involved.  Be prepared for the download to take more and less time with larger and smaller files and with slower and faster modems (connections).
